Rothy’s Return Policy Explained
If you’re not happy with Rothy’s products, you have 30 days to return or exchange them for free.
Check out Rothy’s return policy for each product category:

| Shoes | The products must not be worn, washed, or altered. Make sure you only try them on inside before requesting a return. Rothy’s won’t issue a refund for soiled shoes |
| Bags | The items must not be worn or washed. If you want to return bags, they must have all tags still attached |
| The Mask and The Kids Mask | Face masks are considered final sale products and are not eligible for returns or exchanges because of hygienic reasons |
How To Return Your Products to Rothy’s
You can opt for one of the following ways to return your products to Rothy’s:
- By mail
- In store
- With DoNotPay
How To Return Your Items to Rothy’s by Mail
To return your items to Rothy’s by mail, you need to initiate an online return request through Happy Returns by doing the following:
- Visit the Rothy’s Returns page
- Enter your order number or ID and your ZIP code
- Click on Start Your Return
- Follow further instructions
If you want to make sure Rothy’s processes your return request in a secure manner, you can initiate your return request by clicking on the Start With an Email button. You will receive an email from Rothy’s containing a safe link that leads you to the returns form with your account.
If you want to return or exchange a gift you got, click on the Start Here button located under the form, next to the Received a gift? section.
When you complete the form, you will receive a FedEx shipping label to print and stick on your return package. Drop off your parcel at your nearest Return Bar location, and you’re done.
Rothy’s won’t charge you any fees for shipping or processing your return.

You can return your items to any of the following Rothy’s stores:

- 3068 M Street NW in Washington, D.C.
- 211 Newbury Street in Boston
- 407 Bleecker Street in New York City

Make sure that the products you’re returning are still in their original packaging that needs to be intact.

Rothy’s will process in-store returns immediately. Shipped ones will be processed as soon as you drop them off at a Return Bar. It may take three to five days for your bank to process the refund and credit your account.
